@RiOT are we just gonna ignore how you killed lulu

I'd debate that strongly. She got slightly buffed as a support and heavily nerfed as a solo laner, but she was so bad as a support that the end result was leaving her mediocre everywhere. She could definitely stand to be looked at again.

Maybe, and this is just a theory, but maybe... you suck. Lulu got buffed two patches ago (which was a shock), and despite the nerfs from before, she's still a purple terror.
