Can kennen be removed from the game please?

I'm tired of this negative iq champ popping up in my games pressing R and killing everything instantly while ccing the ppl who can peel.

He is getting nerfed next patch, here is the change Kennen Slicing Malestrom (R) [few changes - base damage changed significantly but new effect added - "successive maelstrome hits against the same enemy deal additional X% damage for each hit they've already suffered from this storm]

Damage lowered to 40/75/110 from 80/145/210

AP Ratio lowered to 20% from 40%

[new effect] "Successive maelstrom hits against the same enemy deal an additional 10% damage for each hit they've already suffered from this storm."

[removed] "Each time an enemy is struck, further hits deal 25% less damage (minimum of 50% damage)."

First off, kennen is a "viable" champion not a noob champ who one shot's people. His build also changes somewhat on the role you play, I've played kennen support for a few months now and if is relatively different to my top lane/mid lane build. He is picked by lcs players hence the term "viable". Kennen isn't an easy champ but i'll settle with how his skill cap isn't as high as somebody like ryze or even vayne. However, there are many deciding factors in his kit that allows him to win/lose games. Coming from a kennen main since 2015 :P

a champ has an aoe nuke that stuns people in pretty much 3/4 of a lane effective area.why would that champ be a broken shit? hm

Gallio, Amumu, Zyra, possibly others also can do exactly that. Of those plus Kennen, the one with the least counterplay is Amumu since he can gap close and instantly do it. The others are all delayed(Zyra/Kennen), or have to walk up to the enemy(Galio/Kennen).

I don't think any of them are particularly broken. People just don't like Kennen because he's a decent counter to top melee bruisers that are popular. Objectively, I think Kennen is pretty well balanced.

Kennen is balanced. It just depends on the player of him and whether they know how to play him right and win with him, his kit allows his teamfighting to be excellent, and it shows whether the enemy team knows to play around it or merely be crushed by his ult and win the game
