Yeah your right. The thing is that those champs have a outplay skills to use. No one is talking about how op Ivern is due to low playrate at lower MMR's but riot said he needs to be tuned.

Anyway, Also those champs require a mindset to fight them. For example. I want to stay away from walls vs Vayne. Or I want to force Riven to use her E then fight her. Some folks (me included) just dont think about these things, so we cry OP.
