Triumph should be keystone rune

I'm really surprised no one has complained about this rune. People really underestimate how powerful getting 12% of your health after a kill or assist is, and it shouldn't be so easily accessible to assassins who barely invest in the precision tree at all. There's a reason why teamfights are so one sided this season. Whoever gets the first kill pretty much wins the fight. How do we fix this problem? Make it a keystone rune in the precision tree.

It's just not as much as you'd think, though.

12% of your missing health? It's a lot, sure, but you have to realize: Most people back after they get a kill anyways, meaning that the health just isn't as noticeable. The purpose of this is more to make it so you can get back out after, or you don't die to some lingering DoT, not to give a massive amount of health back.

It'd also have to be far more powerful to qualify as a keystone, and then would also have to have some sort of AA-based effect like every other Precision Keystone.

And what if you're playing a champion who relies on said DOT? Why is it fair that they just get screwed?

yeah, basically. cuz if the dot doesn't kill him within 1 second then he can have a heal to survive being unlucky to a long ass dot
