If you nerf ww, can you move power to make him relevant at high elo, weaker at low elo?
Just a thought. I am not sure if this is possible. At some point a Rioter thought about nerfing q damage to monsters... this would put him in a bad spot for all elo. He isn't played competitively, but bully bronze to plat. I know he is supposed to be easy to play and accessible, but I would find it interesting to shift his power somehow rather than a flat nerf somewhere in his kit numbers. If you can "Ryze" him a bit =) Ideas?
