Rengar can one shot anyone, but it's reliant on his ult, and, once he's in, there's no way for him to get out. He has no built-in escapes.
For Kha'Zix, they need to be isolated. But he can do with just his E, Q, and W, and, once the target is dead, he can use E resets to get to safety or keep the ball rolling.
