How to balance adcs and supports without nerfing anything

We should borrow the brilliant idea of ARURF and apply it to ranked summoner's rift. The adc and support roles should get a randomly picked champion. This way we don't have to balance anything and the matches will be fairer on average.

well if they did that, there would be no point in saving up for champions and it would all be blind luck. i think they should just help Ezreal build a bit more, cause he really sucks right now.
