Why Yoricks rework is a failure

Because you don't have any control over 75% of his power budget And said power budget also has some of the easiest most brain dead counter play

That is really not OK

You cannot control his ghouls and maiden Not to mention the ridiculous cooldown on it

The worst part is how easy his Ghouls and maiden are to deal with

1 basic attack and ghouls die, worse yet they give gold, if that isn't easy farming then i don't know what is. It's basically CS you can't possibly fuck up

Even if they didn't die from just 1 basic attack they soon would due to having 0 resistances

Yorick has enough trouble actually getting to his opponents as it is in this league of mobility and the abundance of slows and cc

But getting ghouls on your target is completely impossible because they either died from some random aoe Or they get basic attacked and die anyway doing like 100 damage if you are lucky

It's just completely stupid

At this rate i'd rather have old Yorick back at least he could do things

Have you ever cast E - Mourning Mist while your Mistwalkers and Maiden of the Mist were up? Because, fun fact; Mistwalkers and the Maiden prioritize enemy Champions marked by Mourning Mist, effectively giving you what could be called "control over your power budget".

Have you ever thrown E - Mourning Mist on an enemy champion only for them to run to the nearest turret and make your maiden suicide

Then use that other part of your kit, W - Dark Procession to lock them down and keep them from moving. You really don't seem to know how to play Yorick, do you?

You've made the issue too binary. If he's weak that means he needs to be looked at. It most certainly does not automatically mean he needs his rework reverted.

You shouldn't jump to conclusions when you're angry. Your confirmation bias makes it too easy to get it wrong.

I do agree that riot needs to avoid moving power budget away from player control in the minionmancers designs.

Though i think the way it's designed with yorick isn't too bad, the only thing i think needs to be changes is giving his ult the ability to command similar to annie or ivern, because they are all of relatively equal importance to the champion
