I feel Zyra needs some sort of buff

I mean, i'm not even going to get started about midlane Zyra since she's dead since S3.

But even as a support she just sucks :/

1.6% pickrate with 48.4% winrate, basically only dedicated players play her, and they can't even win that much.

Since preseason 4 she's been picked like only for 2 weeks in mid-S4 after spellthief buffs, had a shitty 28% winrate or something then she's been instantly dropped, and has yet to get picked since last summer.

Also she just feels incredibly clunky and slow in general: i mean she got 325 MS, wich could be fine, but when you add cast times to every skill except W (not to mention the horribly clunky passive) she just feels bad to play.

In other words she can't be played in her former role, and she's pretty bad as support too :/

I'd like some sort of movespeed buff and/or passive change and/or damage buffs to Q and/or CD reduction scaling with levels on E (pretty big cooldown).
