I have seen him once on my team and once on other team, so how you exspect anyone to complete it in 20 weeks?

You could buy Pyke and win a game. (co-op vs. AI counts!)
Play with a friend who has Pyke and win. (again, co-op vs. AI counts!)
Play blind pick and win. Odds are, since he was just released, people will go to blind pick to spam him.
Spam bilgewater ARAM until you get him, and win. (He is currently available in ARAM even if you don't own him)
Get lucky

Shouldn't be that hard. At least they made it possible to complete if you don't actually own the champion this time.

its aram mate and it says matchmade game only so you have to win it by going in a normal aram game

It doesn't say at all that it has to be ARAM...? Just that Pyke has to be present. And matchmade games include all game types that aren't customs or practice tool. So co-op vs. AI, blind pick, draft pick, ranked solo/duo, ranked flex, twisted treeline, ranked 3v3, and ARAM are all viable gamemodes to complete this mission. Trust me. I've done plenty of missions in co-op vs. AI with friends. "Matchmade" just means no custom games.

Get Pyke and play him once in a Coop vs. AI game. When they say "matchmade" game rather than "PvP" game, you can do the mission against bots.

Otherwise just keep playing normals, either draft or blind. Pyke isn't banned as often now. I completed the mission with 4 wins last night.

...play a game mode that can't ban him. Play ARAM and reroll until you get him. Buy him and play him yourself. Wait for a new game mode rotation and play him in that.
