Giving Akali a little love

While Akali is still massively powerful in a lot of ways, I feel like the change that made her E no longer proc the Q debuff hurt a lot. It makes it take just a little bit more time to get a double proc off on the Q, since now you have to do it with two basic attacks instead of the first with your E and the second with your basic or vice versa.

While I think that we should keep it as it is in that respect, maybe we could give her a little boost, perhaps in the same way you did with Kat? Make her basic attacks finish slightly faster. It's so easy to accidentally cancel your basic attack when you are trying to throw in your E immediately afterwards. Making her basic attack happen a little faster would make it easier to get those procs off while still keeping the change to her E as a nerf.
