How many people would quit the game if towers got another nerf?

Personally I think that the new runes was a really good idea. It's not that the damage of them is too high it's that collectively as a whole every champion lost resistance runes and we all take tons of damage because of it. If anything towers have gotten somewhat stronger again. However there's a rune that kills towers now and I think that this is a good time to buff towers again given the fact that this is pretty busted as of currently.
