Simply because I always get the fioras, rivens, or quinns who end up not snowballing and end up doing less damage than the enemy tank top laner and of course end up exploding in 1.5 seconds while the enemy maokai doesn't die and thus proceeds to be useful.

Tank tops are 10000 times more useful than squishy tops. Like darius can probably do more damage than a fiora and tank the entire team while doing it.

They can still be played top I just wish they weren't as meta. like I would be fine if I only saw good fioras every once in a while but I usually see bad ones get faced smashed into the ground by anything and everything.
