Akali's mini rework is just a big pile of nerfs

Why is an AP assassin having to auto attack to do most of her damage? Shroud and ultimate are getting nerfed except for not being able to pink her shroud, which should have been part of her kit in the first place. Her passive is just doubling down on her having to auto attack to deal most of her damage, which is awkward and slow for an AP assassin. Crescent slash still doesn't proc her mark. The only thing getting buffed is her crescent slash, which is just a damage buff because her cooldown is getting nerfed. Her sustain is worse. Plus I assume other assassins like Talon are simply going to be better after the rework which makes it even less of a reason to pick her over somebody else that does her job better.
