I'm sure Hextech Gunblade is getting nerfed on PBE because of Katarina only

I feel like hybrid items shroud be a litter better than non hybrid items though hybrid champs have to manage to build ad ap and cant ever fit pen into their builds so their items should be overall stronger to compensate.
