The Boards are not a hive mind; people have different opinions...
...and that’s the problem.
The reason a lot of people come to the Boards is to complain. This means that the Boards loose a whole bunch of voices whenever one group is satisfied. This makes way for those who want the opposite of those who were initially complaining to flood the Boards. In addition, since many of those who are now satisfied aren’t here, this allows for those with the opposing opinions to go mostly unopposed, or else the posts are upvoted too quickly for those opposed to react.
Therefore, there is no way to tell the majority on the Boards. If this is so, then it’s no wonder why Riot doesn’t listen. It’s not that the Boards are never satisfied; whenever one group gets what they want, another one pops up.
