What is the absolute #1 problem in league?

I'm somewhat curious to know what the community thinks is the #1 problem in league, the #1 thing Riot should be focusing on and trying to fix.

For me, it's without a doubt the issue of AFKs, but I'm interested to see what the community thinks. Maybe if AFKs turn out to be on top or maybe even second place, riot will FINALLY start taking action, or if they already have, tell us that they're doing something about it.

So, what do you guys think is the absolute #1 problem with league as it is atm?

(Can't put more than 10 choices, if you have something I haven't listed comment below, also I'd love to hear some discussion about the problems and ways to solve them)
