@Meddler on Rivens Win rate at lower then plat

People are complaining because of the riven buffs that all Riven mains( Im one of them too) gonna go insane and murder any matchup. But can you post us some data about her winrates in anything below Plat? Because the most Winrate sites just give you the winrates of plat and above. So people could actually see if the riven buffs are legit. I guess she is in a kinda good spot. She has some bad matchups and if people know how to counter her , she is just horrible because you cant be really usefull as a full tank. tldr : Quinn, Garen, Olaf, Irelia , Teemo hard counter Riven in lane without any support of the jgler , Tankriven is not usefull because of her low basedamages, Show us some data about Rivens winrate in below plat please)
