She already is too fast,item 3071 + she melts easily tanks and squishy targets in early and late game,revert her Q cd buff you did year ago...

It's not a revert, it's a little compensation because her nerfs went to far.

Pretty much now her ult buffs her passive, but the ult still does not get the movement speed.
