Mainly I'm thinking it would be a healthy change to Annie. It's more a Quality of life thing because when it comes to champions like Annie, Ryze, and Caitlyn you have access to this information anyway if you select them.
The Deckowner1 votesu know it does indiciate u on ur buff/debuff slot. like u can see how many chaege u have and ur enemy can see if u have the charge on annie too.

It's relevant because, especially around a high pressure enemy like Annie is towards virtually any squishy, taking her eyes off her for a moment to make sure if she has 1 stack or 3 could make all the difference between her missing her Stun or chunking you down while you're stuck in place.
TotalJerk1 votesIt's not for you, it's for the enemy to have quicker access to the information. Also as it currently stands Annie can sit a stack short to mislead enemies, then rapidly cast 2 spells for the stun.
