Surrendering majority
3 votes for surrender is still a majority. Why do we still need 4 or 5(for early surr)?
A premade duo can hold people hostage in a game and for some reason we need an overwhelming majority to end

I still say we need a mercy rule in place.
If the enemy is ahead 10k gold at 15 minutes, let’s be real. You have no chance of winning unless 4 enemies dc and the only one left is the support.
early surrender is 5/5. normal is 4/5. you shouldn't even be surrendering to begin with. you wanted to play the game so play the game. you can't go backies.

they made it that way because a premade group would be able to force a surrender through for people who want to continue. (not agreeing with the decision, but just explaining why it is this way.)
Yes, a "premade duo" can hold your game "hostage". Where "premade duo" = your botlane who're winning and "hostage" = playing the game you signed up for when you entered the queue. If 2/5 of your team have not yet lost then the game is still winnable. Whether that's mid and jg or bot and support. All it takes is for the rest of the team to not tilt, play smart, and do what they can to help them carry.
It should still be majority wins - duo'd/trio'd or not. And as far as early FF @15, if 4 vote surrender, 1 person can hold everyone else hostage? What does the 15 minute mark have to do with that MASSIVE outvoting?
