A bunch of minor tweaks to Grievous Wounds because I was bored.

Grievous Wounds: Stacks up to 4 times from any source that applies GW, with each stack reducing all forms of healing by 10%. Lasts for 3 seconds, with each new application refreshing the duration.

Ignite: Applies full stacks of Grievous Wounds when a target is ignited, with the full 4 stacks refreshing every second.

Executioner's Calling: Applies 1 stack per basic attack.

Mortal Reminder: Applies 1 stack per instance of Physical Damage dealt.

Morellonomicon: Applies 1 stack per instance of Magic Damage dealt.

Varus: Hail of Arrows' cursed soil now applies a stack of GW every half-second. Additionally, detonating Blight stacks also adds a stack of GW for each stack detonated.

Soraka: Astral Infusion removes a stack of GW from the target, before the healing is calculated. Wish still fully removes GW from all allied champions.

Just random GW-related ideas. I will concede, however, that these changes would be better if Mundo wasn't in such a good spot right now.

Make that at least 2 stacks on Morello and I'm all for it.

MORE AP NERFS YAY

If AP itemization does need some tuning, there are so many other stats to tune them using.

I just had to include that for the sake of standardization. This is probably how GW should've worked when they decided to re-add Executioner's in the first place. Making grievous wounds more of a task to apply means healing can be balanced more towards it NOT being there than otherwise, instead of over-tuning healing in the event of GW.

(Plus, Deathfire Touch and Liandry's are both things anyway.)

It's funny how you think DeathFire Touch is anywhere close to being as useful as any other keystone.

Whether or not it's good wasn't my point there. My point was just that it's a DoT magic damage effect, hence why I mentioned both it and Liandry's.

Morellos would need tweaked. Have it apply 2 stacks as a spell effect, half that for AoE or DoT. I like the idea of magic damage in general applying one stack, since AA reliant mages like Kayle and teemo would get a lot of use out of it.
