Going to the highest upvoted threads, a majority of them are asking for X amount (usually 3) refunds a season. I agree with this idea 100%.

Why hasn't this happened yet?

I don't even get why anyone would want to refund that many things.

If you bought a skin and played some games with it, then surely you enjoyed playing those games with your skin and got the use out of it? Why should Riot give you the money back? That's their source of income?

Same goes for if you buy champions, or anything else?

Champion reworks are the only thing that I can think of off the top of my head (of course, there should also be a time limit so that you can't refund a champion after 6 months of playing them)

the big issue is having to wait weeks to try out a champion if you miss their one week premier per six months or however long it takes

some champions are featured more frequently than others, for instance, Ashe, but to put it simply, it takes at least a week of hard work in league to get one 6300 champ and if your'e playing only a few matches a day, that number can become weeks or months

if you play just for the first win a day bonus, it becomes roughly 40 days to get 6300 IP

some champs can be fun though even if you don't want to play them (just got bard for instance and it was a laugh riot in ARAM using him as a mixed damage carry XD )

I bought the wrong Ziggs skin, realized it instantly, didn't play any games with it. 1 refund down.

I bought release Azir. Bugs galore, terrible experience all in all. 2 refunds down.

I've now only got one refund left. I'd like a bit of a cushion in case something happens again.

Then you've got the stories of people who used all their refunds before level 30 because nothing in the client explains those refunds are all you get for life, and mention the remaining refunds as an after thought.

because even if every forum user (less than 10,000) upvoted it, it would still be less than 1% of league's 100 million playerbase

Fair enough, but when a large quantity of the boards approves of this idea multiple times you would think it would represent the will of the league community just a little accurately right?
