About Yasuo top

I've seen numerous Yasuo tops, with the PD-triforce-BT into tanky work extremely well and when I faced those the matchup was pretty oppressive, checked the stats and saw an increasing winrate for Yas top ; with predominantly attack speed-based builds, he can absolutely spam everything and basically dominate lane, apart from a few unfavourable matchups, I think of maybe Irelia and Darius but can't think of a lot of others.

Do you think he should be nerfed? Very slightly of course ; and also what do you think the triforce changes will bring? Will we still see triforce Yasuo? Will he get IE instead or on top of it?

If I had to nerf him, I'd probably just do sthg like Q cooldown : 4 -> 5/4.75/4.5/4.25/4 or a slight increase of the max cooldown reduction on Q via AS, but that'd be pretty harsh so maybe not. Thought about reducing the AS to CDR on Q ratio, but that'd enforce as builds like Pd triforce even more so not rly what I want. Or if anything , buff his durability (base HP?) to nerf his early game cheese damage cause it's pretty insane^^
