The amount of range he gets with shock blast is ridiculous, and it scales 168% with AD. An ability with that much range shouldn't scale so well. I can't think of a single ability that has better scaling.

I can't think of a single other ability that requires using two abilities to use effectively and only does damage.

It's not being whiny. It's having an opinion. And my opinion is that Jayce shouldn't scale that well. No champion should scale that well with AD. Even Rengar and Kha'zix (assassin champs) don't scale that well with their abilities.
