What the hell do we need to do to get this champion nerfed? He literally doesn't have a single losing matchup. He out damages everybody while building tank. His Q has too short of a cooldown for the amount of damage it does. The list goes on, the champion isn't healthy. He needs hotfix nerfs now.

The thing is that he isn't actually broken. His play pattern is just so fucking unbelievably toxic that it tilts people off the face of the earth.
His one of the worst examples of "win lane, lose game". For a lot of top laners the matchup is realistically unwinnable, but Tahm Kench has an atrociously bad late game and it doesn't get better no mater how hard he snowballs early.
His whole purpose as a top laner seems to be to turn the game into a 4v4, where you can't carry because you're playing against Tahm Kench top, and he can't carry because he's playing Tahm Kench top.

I love seeing people bitch about tahm being OP, and demanding nerfs... yet NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON EVER BANS HIM. Meanwhile riven, yas, aatrox all get bans and people only kinda ask for nerfs.

Why are you asking the geniuses at riot to balance anything? Their team has no clue how to do it.
Reduce his W range, increase its cooldown, and make his swallow more telegraphed. Give it a delay of you have to. On top of that reduce his shield ratio to half as much grey health education gets translated.
There's no reason a juggernaut should behave like a ranged champ and be able to 100-0 you under your own turret while shielding it's shots throughout.
It's his innate that's doing the real damage. He'd be fine if the damage portion of it were deleted.
