For those who do not know, self-heal passive is getting moved from her W to her Q, and is getting severely nerfed by a.) not being able to heal from multiple people and b.) getting its AoE reduced. While definitely an overkill nerf, it removes the problem where W was a no-brain max-first choice without meaningful drawbacks which incurred the mana-cost nerf in the first place.
you know about meaningful choices, old soraka had the most viable skill paths in the game
you can go qeqw,qeqe,wewe,wewq,wqew, etc., pretty much level whatever is suited for the situation
So what ? That's why God invented 
. Who needs that shitty Q when you have Warmog's passive. I don't think I'll even bother taking Q on her with these ridiculous nerfs. It is is barely useful now in its current state, now its gonna be completely useless.
Apparently it can still heal multiple people, despite the description heavily implying otherwise.
