[Taliyah]Some suggestions to make her great again.

**1. Her passive **

While she has one of the more noticeable and visual passives in the game it just doesn't make sense lorewise. Why can she only wallride on summoners rift when she road along a sandy dune in the video? Also going to midlane(her intended role) has the least amount of walls to surf on. Now I know it is used for roaming to mid/top, but would it change much of her dynamic if we just made it always trigger out of combat? It just feels stupid jumping on and off because of some gaps.

Suggestion 1: Remove the wall requirement Suggestion 2: Add so that the Q you cast while on the stoneboard flings the actual stoneboard at them for some dmg or with added utility.

2. Her Q ability.

There have been alot of complains on this ability, but its mainly directed at the worked ground mechanic. Some say that it lasts to long and such, but I see a different problem.

Her Q without the worked ground is her strongest/reliable ability by far and essentially she is making zones of areas where she will be weaker(dmg wise). Thats a really strange thing for a ZONE MAGE to do. Granted it gives her added movement speed and mana refund, but it is not enough(looking at her winrate).

The feeling I have with Taliyah is that I want to make Circles overlapping circles to avoid being outdpsed instead of claiming the most amount of land. Also Worked ground has no synergy with any other ability which is a missed opportunity. Therefore I suggest that if we want to keep the current utility we have today, the most reasonable suggestion would be to give her more uptime on her Q if she casts it on worked ground.

**Suggestion 1: **Reduce the cooldown of her Q on worked ground by 50%. Suggestion 2: Give worked ground synergy with other skills aswell.

**3: Worked ground synergy on W and E ability. **

Suggestion 1: Casting Seismic Shove on worked ground will make the circle bigger. Not monstrously large, but slightly bigger to reward us for making worked terrain.

Suggestion 2: Casting unraveled earth on worked ground will make them detonate after 2 seconds. But the boulders have to be ontop of worked ground so if you put half of them on worked ground one half will detonate in 2 seconds and the others will detonate in 4 seconds. This will make her wave clear better.

**4: General clunkiness **

I wont go deep into this because I feel that her Q and auto attacks are really good, but I personally feel her W and R can sometimes be abit clunky on reactivation, but I don't have any solution to this. I just wanted to underline this and you guys can agree or disagree with this point.
