She has the highest win rate and the highest play rate (other than Lee Sin) of all junglers. I didn't believe it at first, but these numbers have changed my mind. Vi is clearly broken.

Those numbers aren't even right. If you look at champion.gg she has a 55% win rate and 16% play rate. She has the highest numbers in both categories among junglers (not counting Lee Sin).
