Daily reminder that Devourer needs to be adapted to the new game speed

If you're on the losing team, you rarely complete it. If you're on the winning team, the game is already in the bag by the time you complete it, rendering it kind of pointless.

Aside from the shorter game duration, loss of jungle control for the losing team is the major issue. Because turrets are taken much faster, you quickly lose control of your jungle, and your team mates in the losing lane begin taking your jungle to compensate, which severely reduces your stacks.

Devourer jungles are falling off in favor of Warrior junglers. Changes are needed for them to keep up.
