Riot needs to stop putting %pen and %health everywhere. Flat damage is perfect for assassins : weak against health and resists, great against squishies. No need to put %health and %arpen everywhere and then say : oooh maybe we need some flat pen or something so assassins actually do what they're supposed to do? Ooooh we buffed crit because else since we put %health everywhere adc's are not tankmelters?

From day one, I did not believe how high her damage was. It is all smokes and mirrors because of % damage and mpen shred and not direct numbers. It is balls-bustingly high.
