Is there any champion that uses Zephyr?
Is
part of the build of any champion, is it completely circumstantial (for tenacity) or is it a dead item like
?

all have kits that CAN use Zephyr...it's just that they usually are tanky or bursty enough not to need more tenacity or movespeed. Half of them use Dead Man's Plate better, the other half use Wit's End better, and all of them want item based power spikes that usually curb Zephyr for a sixth item that would be better used on a Banshee's Veil or Guardian Angel.

sometimes i get it instead of bork and it works
tenacity, attackspeed and some damage, perfect for shen
Yi with 5 Zephyrs and Boots of Swiftness is CLEARLY the best build. So fast.
*
You need alacrity for maximum speed.

You need alacrity for maximum speed.
Right, dunno how I forgot. And only movement speed runes. And make sure you have a Zilean, Lulu, Sivir and Karma on your team to speed you up. Then you ult in front of the enemy team, hope Yi says "Keep up!" and then you spam dance and taunt as they try to catch you.
It's the item you get in Hide and Seek after you finish deadman's and talisman.
Zephyr is kind of a situational thing on some champions, I've heard people recommend selling boots on an ADC before and buying it, since the 10% move speed it gives is pretty close and the other stats are better than
actually works pretty well on some champions as well, though could maybe use a buff in the upcoming update to AD items
both make pretty good use of this item.
I think could definitely use a buff, I think it should grant 2-5% armor and magic penetration. The idea of rewarding people for staying in battle seems like one we need more of rather than passive
.
That might be a great idea for the item, there are situations where a hybrid pen item would be really helpful. 2% is a bit low though, 10% would be reasonable I think, it's still a lot less than
or
so it shouldn't outclass them on non hybrid champs.
He might've meant per stack. So 2-5% * 7.
So 14% - 35% total on both?
having the pen stack might be a bit weird for a hybrid item, would be good for sustained DPS like
but not so much for burst champs like
I wouldn't exactly classify akali as a burst champ. That sounds weird doesn't it?
I would more say "if they don't die first rotation, you try again, you can try again twice" so I would argue akali as a mix of both.
Sell boots
I use it on
Some people sell boots on adc after full build for it.
It's a decent Item for
that has
. Gives her insane mobility.

If a game goes long enough and im full build, ill sell my boots and buy Zephr on some champs. :)
Depending on how good your doing alot of bruisers can buy it. like if your just completely stomping for example people like Jax, Irelia, and Aatrox can make use of i for a few examples. But You wouldn't generally see the item bought on anybody as a standard build.
I believe Irelia cannot actually make use of that item because tenacity is in fact capped, not sure where at but I do not believe she is a great champion for that item because a good part of it is made completely useless. I could be wrong though.
Its more for the attack speed when you get it on Irelia to increase her dps.
There is much better items for that that benefit every last area of irelias kit to build instead. Its just not a good item man
I never said it was, I said it's only built on a few bruisers when they are shitstomping their opponents for the lulz. I know its not a good item its one of the least built items in the game for a reason.
And then you included irelia on that list and i told you why that was wrong. So?
Thats because Irelia's that are doing really good buy the item. I've seen IreliacarriesU build it before. I don't know why you can't understand that its a troll item that is build when your really far ahead.
Or you could just build her NORMAL items and shitstomp even harder...
They don't call it trolling for nothing. Jesus you just cant grasp this can you.
No what i cant grasp is you didnt say that from the beginning. You tried to play building that item off as something strong under certain situations, but you NEVER said it was trolling. I had to get that out of you.
No i didn't. Do you even english bro. I said if a champion is shit stomping their lane they will build the item, its not a common build. Never said it was strong.
Yeah if they are shit stomping their lane, you made it sound like its a good item when you are ahead. WHEN IT ISN'T A GOOD ITEM PERIOD. No part of that statement says " hey its a troll item "
FTW!
I used to build
on fizz before is ult was nerfed
as for zephyr idk
Id say its not the worst item for labe kindred afther botrk
if you dont want mercs
im not saying its the best item im just saying its an alright choise
and im not entiretly sure about this but i like sated tahm not just sated tahm but i noticed the atk speed alone on devourer also does allot for tahm so id say maybe its something a tahm could build top lane in certain situations ms and tenecy r good for tahm and so is atk speed cause of passsive and ult passive
ADCs and Bruisers often use them as boots replacements.
I've seen this built once in pro play. I think it was someone in NA that sold boots for it on trist. I imagine the cdr helps trist some.
6-7? (sell boots stage) item Ashe would. It probably is overall a niche item that's not even as good as other builds in the same situation though.
It's not really good for the tenacity in most cases, because if you really need the tenacity, merc treads are good and cheaper, and zeph has a weird buildup where you miss a power spike and probably don't even get the tenacity till it's too late anyway.
It works on
, and
, and sometimes
when ahead . There is also the theory that it inherently helps
and
because they can skip boots if they get
.
In the end it is pretty much too expensive for the niche it fills, if it was cheap and gave less ad it would probably be picked instead of level 2 merc boots which would possibly make it too strong because 10% is alot of mobility but for now its mostly a noob trap.
I like it on
when I dont really need the MR and
is my better early game option but I still need the tenacity.

Kindred can actually use it later ien the game. Typically this would be for adc kindred instead of jungle kindred due to having your warrior (or devourer) smite machete. Gives attack speed which Kindred needs, AD which you really can't go wrong with, same thing with cdr, movement speed which helps their horrid 370 move speed with boots (putting barely past 400) and the oh so rare tenacity.

On a serious note, I remember adc would switch out boots for it late game but I don't think they do it anymore.
Many AA reliant champs build that in late game as either last item, or something to replace their boots with.
If you are not in need of homeguards, marksmen can replace their boots with it late game.

Of course there is,
at lvl 3 or 4
You buy
on
. You're crazy if you don't.
it's an item situational item that works well for snowballing on AS scaleing champs. While it doesn't give great combat stats for the gold, the ms+tenacity makes it really hard to kepp you away or chase you down. It Also works as substitude for boots if you have another ms item like trinity or PD
but overall, it's rather lackluster...
