BUFF summoner 13 ! It's its time to shine and finally become a worthwhile summoner spell ! tip: reduce the cooldown

(Yeah, that's unlikely to happen, but we must believe)

or just remove it. So many other things with either out value it or make it too over powered. It wont be worth unless you can fill your mana bars up pretty consistently but then it would be broken, imo really hard summoner to balance and shouldnt be in the game.

Who did you play though? Some mages and supports need the extra mana sustain, and a few ADCs benefit from it too: Lulu, Karma, Brand, Vel'Koz, Sona, Varus, Corki.

most midlaners. Vel'koz, viktor, lulu, karma, brand, lux, any other mid laner who uses mana? If they were super mana reliant id either get unholy grail, or b morello and manage mana better. Not ever have i really bought mana potions. I'm not saying they can't be useful i'm simply saying if it wasn't an ARAM i probable never bought them.

Unholy Grail and Morello are great once you can afford them, and mid-laners can usually do fine with Doran's -- though of course the mana pots can help. I guess I was thinking of it from a support perspective, where you cannot afford to rush those mana regen items. Your first purchase is expected to be a Sightstone, and the 25% from Edge and Coin is not nearly enough.

Though it does sound like they plan to buff the item 3092 line of support items with much more mana regen, so that should help.

It's funny, I never bought mana potions on mages.

I only ever bought them on the occasional mana-using top laners, who can't actually afford to get early mana regen items (or start with one, in the case of Doran's Ring users).
