temporary attack speed buffs increase the ad % bonus he gets from his passive, but attack speed slows didnt affect him by reducing it, essentially making him immune to as slows, which is pretty broken.
does he properly lose ad now for getting nasus withered or sitting in range of frozen heart?

you have to have a PBE account yourself to post on those boards if im not mistaken, and not everyone can just sign up for the PBE. not anymore.
i just want to know if riot has already acknowledged and fixed this issue before the champion goes live.
