Why riot is killing ap ezreal AGAIN on pbe?

WHY they lowered the ratio of his ult from 0,9 to 0,6? FFS, ap ezreal was designed to be ap and ad and riot hates his ap version and only nerf it. If runeglaive is somewhat making him strong just remove or rework runeglaive and dont touch a kind of gameplay that existed healthly since season 1.

The funny part is that the problem was always the AD ezreal and riot keep bullshiting the AP

I think Riot will keep Runeglaive where it is to allow AP junglers some measure of viability. It isn't fair to nerf an item when it happens to be a problem on a single champion. To compensate, they're removing power from his ultimate to preserve his high-harass and poke gameplay, while shaving off a bit of the (completely insane) damage output on his R, and bring it in line with the damage it deals for AD Ezrael.

Personally, I see it more as an attempt to homogenize both AD and AP Ezrael as viable alternatives, since right now AP Ezreal is the obvious king between the two.

ad was always the king and nobody complained, now just because ap is viable the noobs started cto complain

That's kind of an oversimplified stance on the issue. No one complained about AD Ezrael because his damage was in-line with other ADCs, with a strong focus on poke and harass without the raw power of someone like Vayne or Draven. AP Ezrael on the other hand chunks mid-lane casters with the power of an AP assassin, and the safety of a poke-harass champion. It's extremely difficult, if not completely impossible, to deal with for a lot of the mid-lane cast of champions.

unless i am reading the PBE notes incorrectly, they are lowering both, the AP and AD ratio of his ult by 0.3 and all they are giving in return is a 0.1 AP ratio to his Q... how is that helping AD ez? they are making him weaker. Sure, AD ez doesn't rely on his ult as much but it's still making him weaker for no reason whatsoever while AP ez now has a better constant poke with his Q being buffed so while he won't deal as much damage with his ult the extra damage from his Q is more than enough to compensate.

Read the announcement that accompanied it.

Ezreal's PBE changes are already being pulled. We're going to wait and see how 5.14's Runeglaive changes affect him before taking action
