It's really stupid. The only reason he's taken bot is due to people discovering how dumb it really is. It should be nerfed, compensation maybe.

Ziggs was never a problem mid, and he does the same thing to the towers there. The difference is that the mid tower has the fortification, the bottom tower does not. That, and bot laners lose their minds like a school system in Georgia when it snows because they are unfamiliar with Ziggs and don't know how to play against him. None of this is Ziggs fault.

He was never a problem because no one played him. He still pokes you out of lane in mid as well and takes half your tower in a couple of seconds.
