I've always wondered why Lee Sin had Lifesteal and Spellvamp as a Spell

So back in the day Olaf used to have spellvamp but then Riot removed it because he didn't "need it", so why does Lee have spellvamp when he probably doesn't "need it" in terms of Riotlogic. Because Lee definitely needs more health gain from smiting something

Sion's ult used to give attackspeed and lifesteal but then that was scrapped in the rework. So Lee sin is the only champion with a skill that give lifesteal that is not an ult
