I just found out that Katarina is getting a rework

Can we put the rework to a halt? I'm like, scared of what might happen to Ca-I mean, Katarina. Why not just put a 15, or 10 second CDR on her passive for resetting, bingo problem solved. But really, i don't even remember the last time i seen her in worlds or professional play. And she is never banned, can we not? How about we rework Riven or Zed, that sounds like a better trade.
