What you're doing by buffing Lee's ult

When the attack speed slow was removed from Lee Sin's e, it shifted the power to the rest of his kit. His q is the most skill-reliant part of his kit. By weakening his simple, reliable tempest skill and leaving his power on his q, suddenly lee is a lot more skill reliant and harder to pull off. Is this a good thing? Well you answered that yourself by deciding he needs buffs on an already very strong part of his kit.

Bottom line, Lee's Q W R don't need buffs because they work so well together. His e now just serves as a meager damage skill to use when his other spells are on cooldown. You're making his strong and reliable skill stronger, and leaving his weak and reliable skill weak.

I would agree with you if every single one of his skills didnt have utility in it.
