SPECTRAL CUTLASS feels like a line crossed

I know Nexus Blitz is supposed to be broken...

I also know it's in BETA...

But getting kidnapped by from under your tower and teleported halfway across the map...

...it's literally the most powerful thing I've seen this mode. Some would say too powerful.

Also some respect for plz, he deserves to have a reason to be picked.
