Playing LoL Solo can be fun too. - Will Riot embrace this revolutionary, new concept?

I know u're trying to rope in more people into the game. Encouraging Solo-play may hurt your revenue. Actually, it is hard to gauge if appealing to Solo players does less (economically-wise)...

This is merely a rant because I haven't gotten a chest until now... playing solo. =/

i got 4 chests in the matter of three days playing solo. getting the chests is not hard and almost entirely dependent on your individual performance. (its only a problem when your team actually drags you down).

its really just about getting an s rank on the champ youre playing.

ive seen some people whove had bad luck with their kay fragments though.

I tried. Maybe it's coz I play popular tanks. I was Naut top 6/0/12 - sole-carry entire game as bot fed n i went bot , abandoned top after a kill, to let bot pull themselves back up. But the system deemed I'm not good enough for even an S-. Just because I play a popular champ and didn't do good enough kda wise. (The other team surrendered.)

Just so demoralizing.

k/d/a is not the only deciding factor. also cs/minute, assisting in buildings destroyed, assisting in drakes/rift herald/barons taken.

however tanks are probably chamions that are a bit more difficult to get an s with. try malphite. i found it easy to get an s on him. (though partially since the enemy had a 2 adc + xin teamcomp).

Warding. Don't forget warding. It's the thing most people forget. :)

Personally, I can't get a Key Fragment to save my life. I have all 5 of my chests as of last week, but am stuck at 4 key fragments. To be fair though, I am on a bit of a losing streak (though I HAVE won games). Just too bad you can only get key fragments on a game win.

I've been winning my games... at least 70% win rate for the last 20 games on each of my 3 accounts. The S ranking remained elusive only because of the type of champs I chose to play I believe. And I chose to play those champs to help the team win.

I main as a support. It helps when I have a great adc that I can feed... and I don't play Bard. When I'm not going for an S Rank, I spam Bard because he's fun and awesome. I just lose a lot with him. I think I mechanically execute him fine-ish. I think there is decision making and general other tactics that make him subtly more difficult that I'm just not figuring out yet. AKA I suck with him. ;)

Just a question, as the key drop rate does lower the more keys you get (this resets monthly), have you gotten a few keys already? Riot said it was a non linear drop chance (aka the more keys you've gotten, the harder the next one is to get).

Also ARAM and TT are currently bugged and don't give out keys.
