I wonder what worlds would've looked like if they'd pre-emptively nerfed lulu into the ground. Orianna to a lesser degree as well.

that's the point having utility mids that also have damage takes away the need for utility supports, so you can always take thresh

No gutting every poke/utility support like Sona/Raka/Zyra results in nothing but the tanky support being played. If Riot actually balanced Sona so her entire mana bar worth of poke wasn't rendered irrelevant by FoTM these tank supports would go from being dominate to being niche picks, and who knows we might actually get support diversity like we used to have before the abomination that is Thresh was released.

I really hate it when champs get reworked to force them into role once people find out how good tanky leblanc suport is what will they do to her...

she has one inconsistent cc ability you'd literally be just as well off picking taric- at least you'd never miss the stun

start with 20% cdr on runes and masteries buy your next 20% asap

she has 1 cc ability wich is enough pre 6 at 6 she can re-use this ability and afther that time it wil be off cooldown again making u able to do 3 snares on 1 target if timed correctly

It's healthier for the champions balance if they have a set standard intended role And i seriously don't think Riot planned for Lulu to go toplane, maybe mid as a niece pick, but not top

And Lulu is not exactly healthy as she cannot seem to exist as being a not so troublesome toplaner and a good support.
