I always ask what champions/positions they play. I'm more interested in a good team composition and winning the game than punishing them for getting auto filled. I don't expect a jungle/top main to be a good support, so I take the role from them so long as they can play something that provides either the tank, cc, or damage we need.

i only trade when i q up as fill

I swap if they start crying about how bad they are at that role.
