In on of my last games, my mid was a

. Yas behind tower and running back to back.
Zed used it ability + ult to get yas, well zed had to tower dive. Tower marked him and shot at him. At this point zed came back to his shadow.. which was halfway between mid lane towers ( long away from tower range). Yet tower shot which should have hit the shadow chase him and got him almost in our tower range.
Is this intended for tower to chase the champ so out of range?
Yup, the shot will follow Zed when he switches places with his shadow since the shadow is untargettable. The above is the intended interaction.
yes, towers shots cannot be dodged
Another thing to note is that killing the tower kills the shot. So if you see that turret shot coming in for the kill, but you can kill that tower in time, you're golden. Once the tower falls, the shot does no damage.
Dash abilities do not make one immune to tower shots.
lol imagine if going back to your shadow stopped the tower shot too lmfao.
