Ezreal is the only adc who isn't point and click

Why he deserves buffs. I mean, almost his entire kit relies on landing skillshots (with the exception of arcane shift). Name one adc who has more skillshots than him. There are NONE! And he's not as safe as everyone claims. His range is weak compared to Caitlyn, Jinx, Kog, etc. He has no stealth like Twitch or Vayne. He has no chasing abilities like Vayne, Quinn, or Twitch (yes his stealth grants MS). Just a mini flash that costs mana.

Ezreal also has issues with the channel time on his ult. The amount of time it takes him to get his ult off allows his enemies to do insane amount of damage to (and usually kill) him. And it travels very slow, so it's extremely easy to avoid. Also, because his kit is mostly skillshots, it can be blocked by shields like Braum and Yasuo's (who seem to be EVERYWHERE). Also Ezreal has a very hard time damaging the enemy adc. All they have to do is sit behind a teammate, and he can't hit them with his 'q'. Ezreal needs a way to get through tanks so he can damage important targets (maybe armor pen on his 'q'?). And his mana costs are way too high. Other adc's only need auto attacks, or a single rotation of their abilities (usually enough to kill someone). TLDR Ezreal is weak and in desperate need of buffs.
