does overheal work with garens passive?
together with second wind, this would be the ultimate fuck you to ranged pokey top laners.
also, do you have to auto attack enemies to benefit from press the attack, or is it enough to be in combat with them? because boy am i interested in this one for a couple of bruisers.

Now Swains Ult it would work on as it is actual healing vs regen.

garens passive regen is not standart health regen though. so there is a chance this might work.
and legend: tenacity looks like a great rune for him to go along with that.
