I don't think Lux is OP, why do you think this?

I think her playstyle (staying back) is fairly strong in the current meta but once the meta changes won't be as strong.

Because she has 50%+ win rate against all champions. Also 53% win rate and 25% pick rate for a long time.

Lux hasn't received any substantial buffs over the past like two years or something stupid like that. She was considered weak until recently, when a single QOL change.

Light Binding now affects the second target hit the same as the first.

You mean she actually gets rewarded for landing that slow skillshot? I didn't know you were supposed to get rewarded for landing skillshots on multiple enemies.

Lux mains say QoL Change? Hahahaha.Actually unnecessary buffs.

This changes were buffs.

Lux was fine before this unnecessary buffs but she is op now.

It was one change. The second hit does the same as the first hit. It doesn't explain her suddenly dominating mid lane except for one reason: meta. She's safe with good wave-clear. That's it. That's all it will ever be; she's good because of the other champions we're playing right now. Assassins were buffed recently with the Duskblade being added, which means that mages with safety (shield and root), wave-clear (Lucent Singularity), and damage (which requires getting hit by a Light Binding to begin with...) are able to be seen as more valuable. I've been noticing more Orianna and Lissandra, as well, for the very same reasons. Even TF is coming back because of his ability to wave-clear with Wild Cards, to counter=-gank assassin roams with Destiny, and to capitalize on the reliability (safety) of a single-target stun in his Pick-A-Card. Even Zilean is seeing play for his wave clearing double bomb and safety in his ult, alongside great utility in his buff/debuff.

E area buff, q double buff (damage and second target) w animation buff. This is enough for buffs. Also new masteries is good for Lux.

Shortly Riot gave a lot of buffs to Lux.She needs nerfs.

Also Zilean didn't take buffs.

Moreover Zilean has normal win and pick rate but Lux?

53% win rate and 25% pick rate.Op champion.

This is undeniable.

Assassins are less problem than Lux.

Lux is unkilleable.

I didn't state those champions because they got buffed. I stated those champions because they fill the same role as Lux and are seeing more play, despite not getting buffs. If you truly believe she is "unkillable", then perhaps you should look into your play a little more.

53% is hardly "OP". She's doing well because of the favoring of other players playing assassins. Assassins have normal win rates because they do have counters, like safety. It's not hard to believe that a champion that's good against something that just got buffed (assassins) will be performing better because people are playing what was just buffed. Yes, the masteries favor her (since the passive "pop" from an AA counts towards Thunderlord's and her passive poke playstyle leans well towards Deathfire), but again that's the results of the current game state, not of her strengths. She's safe, just like Lissandra, Orianna, TF, and Zilean.

I'd take 3 Fed Lux over a single fed Fiora.

Not until they give Lux a better Heal than Soraka for killing an enemy.

I'm starting to think that OP is biased against Lux due to play style, champion pool, or just plain ignorance. Don't tell him I said that, though. D:
