Why doesn't parrying kayle slow, stun kayle.
youre parry an immobilizing effect yet all it does is slow.

It only parries hard CC, parrying slows for a stun would be pretty broken honestly.

Awe I see, I also parried a silence? does silences count as hard cc?
Yes it does.
Yes it does.
It didn't work for the silence either.
Silence is not hard CC. You can still move around at your own command.
Hard CC is when you lose complete control unable to move (under your command) and cast spells i.e. stun, taunted, feared, knocked up etc.

I feel like they should change the text then, "If Fiora parries at least one immobilizing effect, Riposte stuns the target for the same duration instead." that should include slows technically.
Immobilizing: prevent (something or someone) from moving or operating as normal.
To be fair, her W already can slow people.
For her to stun people just because they slowed her? That would be broken simply because it's unfair. She already has to bait out or have good reflexes for hard CC to get a stun. If she could stun off of any CC then she'd basically win almost every trade.
Slows are not immobilizing. They do not prevent you from moving or operating as normal. They just make you do it slower than usual.

That would make you not operate as normal though.
It is typically understood to mean stop normal operation. Slowing down is not stopping. That is impeding not immobilizing.
Google immobilizing again, and instead of just copying and pasting the definition that pops up take a gander two lines down at the synonyms.
I've been living a lie. I honestly thought this would be considered hard CC, as stopping spells is a pretty big deal.
I thought you only stun if you parry hard CC?
Doesn't the parry stun only work on hard CC?
parry only stun when enemy used a hard cc
immobilize means to totally immobilize. As in, to prevent from moving altogether. A slowed character can still, to a lesser degree, move.
And besides, that would make
Suicide against her.
Tho that's not a bad thing if you think about it.
