Why is TD Qiyana Prestige being released as an EVENT skin?

True Damage has nothing to do with the worlds event. Why is True Damage Prestige Qiyana only available through world tokens?
Why would you NOW release a skin through world tokens? The worlds even started about a month or so ago. Everyone's done the missions. Most people have spent the tokens. Why would you release the skin NOW for tokens rather than announcing it before? You just gave people 25 Prestige Points for the 10th anniversary, just make the skin purchasable through prestige points!

I'm honestly super fucking disapointed by Riot. They give us a new cool skin, that instead of using what they just gave the community, is designed to get people to spend more money. You'd have to spend 200 DOLLARS on Orbs/Tokens just for this skin. Fucking ridiculous. I'm so disappointed by Riot.

Yes it does. True Damage is the K/DA of this year. The band will perform live at the Finals.
