I would say he got buffed. AD Fizz is a piece of toxic garbage, I'd much rather die to an AP Fizz.

one he was primarily an ap champion to begin with so this statement is bullshit

two his w got nerfed

three his ap ratios are nowhere near the old ap ratios meaning overall he was nerfed

I know that, I'm just trying to figure out why you think it needed to be pointed out. They increased the AP Ratio on it so it kind of balances out. If his AP ratios were anywhere near the old ones he'd go back to 100-0'ing everything. If anything he brought to place that we could call him balanced.

AD Bruiser Fizz got nerfed. AP Fizz got buffed IMO. AP ratios increased, although some W damaged nerfed. Main thing is that Chum the Waters doesn't amplify PHYS damage anymore. They gutted AD Fizz

he did get nerfed, just because he got slight buffs in other areas doesn't mean he was buffed overall. they didn't give him anywhere near his old ap levels so it is a overall nerf.

not one i care about either tbh im still gonna stomp noobs who like to sit in lane with below 40% hp
